- Four copies of old church keys I recently made to order for two different churches in the area where I work as a church warden alongside my job as a blacksmith. The original keys are from the 19th century and if they are lost, you have big problems getting into the churches! As no other copies of them previously existed! even though the keys are large and rough, it is sometimes surprisingly complicated to make copies of them! each key usually needs to be filed and adjusted after it has been manufactured on site to fit.
